Winter Scott is a specialist Maritime and Commercial legal practice based in the City of London but with strong international connections. Although the firm is recently founded, its lawyers have a wealth of experience in dealing with owners, charterers, oil companies, P&I Clubs, Defence Clubs, banks, inspection agencies and other commercial organisations.

The firm is led by Senior Partner Glenn Winter who is particularly well-known in the area of charterparty and other commercial litigation. The Admiralty department headed by Ken Scott has a well established salvage practice representing major international salvors and handles significant collision and casualty cases around the world. Ken Scott and his fellow Admiralty partner, Michael Ellis, are well known in the salvage and marine casualty communities and both have been significant participators in committees and working parties on towage and salvage.
