The ASG have prepared standard wordings designed to assist members and their clients in relation to frequently arising maritime issues, particularly issues regarding the provision of security and jurisdiction. The ASG recommends the use of these documents either in their unamended form or as a framework for adaption. The standard wordings are revised periodically.
